Cravath Partners Honored by The Deal in 2018 Awards Series

On June 21, 2018, Cravath was honored by The Deal at its inaugural event focused on recognizing “the leaders of the deal economy” with The Deal Awards. Partner Faiza J. Saeed was named “Dealmaker of the Year,” partner Mark I. Greene was named “Cross‑Border Dealmaker of the Year” and partner Erik R. Tavzel was named “Industrial/Infrastructure Dealmaker of the Year.” The Firm was also recognized in the “Deal of the Year” category for its role in connection with Energy Future’s $18.8 billion sale to Sempra Energy. The winners were announced at a celebratory breakfast event in New York City.
