Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On July 25, 2017, Crown Castle International Corp. (“Crown Castle”) announced that it has priced its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.200% Senior Notes due 2024 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.650% Senior Notes due 2027. The offerings are expected to close on August 1, 2017. Cravath is representing Crown Castle in connection with the transaction.
