Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, BNP Paribas, Mizuho Securities and RBC Capital Markets, in connection with the US$750 million 144A/Reg. S senior debt offering of Expedia, Inc., one of the world’s largest travel companies. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance the acquisition of HomeAway, Inc. by Expedia. The transaction closed on December 8, 2015.

Cravath represented the administrative agent, joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $2.5 billion revolving credit facility made available to Expedia Group, Inc., an online travel company. The transaction closed on April 14, 2022.
