Faiza Saeed Named as One of Hollywood Reporter’s Dealmakers of the Year

Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed was named a “Dealmaker of the Year” in the January 13, 2017 issue of The Hollywood Reporter. The publication recognized “Hollywood’s upper echelon of bankers, lawyers and business development executives” in the article, “Meet the Dealmakers Behind Hollywood’s Top Corporate Courtships.” Faiza was noted for her representation of Time Warner in its pending acquisition by AT&T; DreamWorks Animation in its acquisition by NBCUniversal, a division of Comcast Corporation; and the Strategic Review Committee of the Board of Directors of Yahoo in the pending acquisition of Yahoo’s operating business by Verizon.
