Faiza Saeed Named to The Deal’s Women in M&A - Powerhouse 20 List

On December 18, 2018, Cravath partner Faiza J. Saeed was named to the “Women in M&A - Powerhouse 20” list, which was published by The Deal and features the 20 female M&A lawyers and bankers who are “at the top of their professions.” Faiza was noted for advising Time Warner in its $109 billion acquisition by AT&T and The Walt Disney Company in its $85 billion acquisition of Twenty‑First Century Fox, Inc.
