Financing for Clayton, Dubilier & Rice's Acquisition of Carestream Dental

Cravath represented Credit Suisse in connection with the arrangement of $620 million of first lien and second lien credit facilities made available to an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to finance its acquisition of Carestream’s dental digital business, a leading provider of dental digital products, software and practice management solutions for dental and oral health professionals. The facilities consisted of a $375 million first lien term loan facility, an $80 million first lien revolving credit facility and a $165 million second lien term loan facility. The transaction closed on September 1, 2017.
