Cravath represented Genpact Luxembourg S.á r.l. in connection with its US$350 million 144A/Reg. S senior debt offering, guaranteed by Genpact Limited. Genpact is a global leader in digitally‑powered business process management and services. The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange. The transaction closed on March 27, 2017.

Essential Utilities, Inc. was formerly known as Aqua America, Inc. The transaction closed on August 15, 2024.
