Four Decades for Justice
Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of $800 million of senior secured credit facilities made available to Hess Infrastructure Partners LP. The facilities included a $600 million revolving credit facility and a $200 million term loan facility, to be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on November 22, 2017.
