Four Decades for Justice

On June 5, 2014, Cravath partner John W. White, Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance and Board Advisory practice, participated in the 33rd Annual SEC and Financial Reporting Institute Conference, presented by University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting and held in Pasadena, California. The conference provides a forum for interaction between business and accounting executives and policymakers from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the private sector. John moderated a panel discussion entitled “Emerging Issues in Financial Disclosure,” which included FASB’s Vice Chairman, James Kroeker.
