John White Speaks at 29th Annual Federal Securities Institute

On February 16, 2011, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at the 29th Annual Federal Securities Institute in Florida. John participated in a panel entitled “Shareholder Responses – Proxy Reform: Hedge Funds and Institutional Activism,” in which he discussed how companies should be reacting to the possibility of proxy access and to current corporate governance trends.
