Four Decades for Justice
Cravath represented Mylan N.V., the borrower, and Mylan Inc., a guarantor, in connection with the arrangement of a $10.05 billion bridge facility, made available by Deutsche Bank AG, consisting of Tranche A Loans to be used to finance the acquisition of Meda and Tranche B Loans to refinance existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on February 10, 2016.
