Cravath represented the underwriters, Credit Suisse, Simmons & Company International and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $85 million initial public offering of class A common stock of Ranger Energy Services, Inc., one of the largest independent providers of high‑specification well service rigs and associate services in the United States. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on August 16, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner Bill Whelan and associates Michael L. Arnold, Jennifer Uren and Joe Lieberman on securities matters and associate Andrew L. Mandelbaum on tax matters. Philip F. Schreiber also worked on executive compensation and benefits matters.

The DOUGLAS Group is a leading omnichannel premium beauty destination in Europe. The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard). The transaction closed on March 25, 2024.
