TerraForm Power’s Senior Secured Term Loan Facility

Cravath represented TerraForm Power Operating, LLC in connection with the arrangement of a $350 million senior secured term loan facility, provided by Royal Bank of Canada, to be used to repay existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on November 8, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Christopher J. Kelly and associates Andrew T. Murphy and Nikita Patel. Michael W. Fahner also worked on this matter.
