Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities and PNC Capital Markets LLC, in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation, one of the world’s largest providers of value‑added, technology‑based equipment, systems and services for the global passenger transit and freight rail industries. The transaction closed on June 29, 2020.
The Cravath team included partner Andrew J. Pitts and associates Charles A. Dobb and Zachary B. Ramirez‑Brunner on capital markets matters. Eduarda N. Tavares also worked on capital markets matters, and Duncan H. Hardell also worked on tax matters.
