Cravath Recognized in Yale Law Women’s 2020 “Top Firms for Gender Equity & Family Friendliness Report”

On May 20, 2020, Yale Law Women named Cravath to its 15th annual “Top Firms for Gender Equity & Family Friendliness Report,” which highlights equity progress made in the legal industry and offers suggestions for further improvement. Cravath was recognized in the “Top Firms for Promotion Practices” and “Top Firms for Working Mothers & Family Planning” categories. The various categories of the report recognize firms who have demonstrated equity in partner promotions and leadership and support of parental, caregiving and personal leave, and highlight how these factors contribute to a healthier workplace culture, increased productivity, employee retention and beneficial client-firm relationships.
