Affinity Groups

We take a holistic approach to the career development of lawyers—one that recognizes the importance of training, relationship-building, mentoring and balancing career with outside obligations and interests. Our affinity groups provide an additional network for associates to access advice and informal mentoring.

Women’s Initiative

As part of a multi-faceted effort to recruit and retain excellent women lawyers, our Women’s Initiative hosts events throughout the year that help our women lawyers develop professional relationships and foster conversations about topics of particular interest to women attorneys.
