GCR's New York Antitrust Survey Ranks Cravath as "Elite"

Cravath’s Antitrust practice is ranked among the “Elite” in Global Competition Review’s 2017 edition of GCR 100, a guide to the world’s leading competition law and economics practices. This is the seventh consecutive year the Firm has been ranked in the highest tier among New York firms by GCR. The publication notes Cravath’s work in clearing “hundreds of billions in deals” through antitrust agencies for clients such as Anheuser‑Busch InBev in its acquisition of SABMiller, Delhaize in its merger with Royal Ahold, and Starwood Hotels in its sale to Marriott. GCR also highlighted Cravath’s win for American Express on appeal in litigation brought by the Department of Justice, ongoing representations of Mylan in “pay‑for‑delay” cases and Alcon Laboratories in over 50 putative class actions regarding contact lens pricing policies.
