Hancock Whitney Corporation's Registered Subordinated Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Piper Sandler, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $150 million registered subordinated notes offering of Hancock Whitney Corporation, a provider of a broad range of traditional and online banking services to commercial, small business and retail customers. The transaction closed on June 2, 2020.
