Kevin J. Grehan retired from Cravath’s Corporate Department in June 2016. His broad corporate and real estate practice had an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, private equity funds, joint ventures, financings, securitizations and restructurings.
Mr. Grehan’s clients included Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, Colonnade Properties, Crown Castle, Lazard Frères, Lightyear Capital, O’Connor Capital Partners, The Oneida Indian Nation of New York, Starbucks Coffee, Toll Brothers and Westbrook Partners. Mr. Grehan was born in Mount Kisco, New York. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from Fordham College in 1978, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1981, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Writing and Research Editor of the Law Review.
Mr. Grehan joined Cravath in 1981 and became a partner in 1988.
