Fugro N.V. provides geo‑data information through integrated data collection, analysis and advice for renewables, infrastructure, water, oil and gas and other industries. The transaction closed on July 28, 2022.

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the €850 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured notes offering (in a combination of fixed rate notes and floating rate notes) of Loarre Investments S.à r.l. Loarre Investments S.à r.l. is a portfolio company of CVC Funds and has entered into a strategic partnership with Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (“LaLiga”) to invest a total of approximately €2 billion in exchange for an interest in LaLiga’s media and TV rights, as well as in certain other LaLiga activities. The investment aims to promote the long‑term development of men’s professional football in Spain. The notes are expected to be listed on The International Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 20, 2022.
