S senior secured and senior debt offering. 3AB Optique Développement operates under the ALAIN AFFLELOU brand, a leading optical retailer. ALAIN AFFLELOU is a portfolio company of private equity sponsors Lion Capital and Apax France. The notes were listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 6, 2014.
