Accuity’s Acquisition of Safe Banking Systems

On July 12, 2018 Accuity, part of RELX Group, announced that it has acquired Safe Banking Systems, a specialist provider of innovative Know Your Customer due diligence and anti‑money laundering solutions. Cravath represented RELX Group in connection with the transaction.
