Cravath represented AerCap Holdings N.V. in connection with its US$3.49 billion registered secondary offering of ordinary shares. AerCap Holdings N.V. is the world’s largest independent aircraft leasing company. AerCap Holdings N.V. also agreed to repurchase US$750 million of its ordinary shares from the selling shareholder, American International Group, Inc. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 9, 2015.
