Alcoa’s $1.25 Billion High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup and Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$1.25 billion 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing. The transaction closed on September 27, 2016.
