Alcoa’s $1.25 Billion High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup and Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$1.25 billion 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing. The transaction closed on September 27, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner William V. Fogg and associate Holden K. Sumner. Nicholas Kypriotakis also worked on this matter.
