Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $1.5 billion senior secured revolving credit facility made available to Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V. to be used to provide working capital and for other general corporate purposes. Alcoa is a global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing. The transaction closed on September 16, 2016.

S high‑yield senior green notes offering of Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcoa Corporation, a global industry leader in the production of bauxite, alumina and aluminum products. The transaction closed on March 21, 2024.
