Alcoa’s Amended and Restated $1.5 Billion Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with an amended and restated $1.5 billion senior secured revolving credit facility made available to Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on November 14, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz and associates Matthew M. Kelly and Eric J. Zepp. Melanie R. Cook also worked on this matter.

S high‑yield senior green notes offering of Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcoa Corporation, a global industry leader in the production of bauxite, alumina and aluminum products. The transaction closed on March 21, 2024.
