Alcon’s $2 Billion Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, represented by BNP PARIBAS, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank, in connection with the $2 billion 144A/Reg. S notes offering of Alcon Finance Corporation. Alcon Finance Corporation is a subsidiary of Alcon Inc., the largest eye care company in the world at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on September 23, 2019.
