Alcon’s Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $750 million 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering of Alcon Finance Corporation. Alcon Finance Corporation is a subsidiary of Alcon Inc., the largest eye care company in the world at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on May 27, 2020.
