Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the C$800 million registered primary common stock offering of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. Through its subsidiaries, Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. owns and operates a portfolio of regulated and non-regulated generation, distribution and transmission utility assets in Canada and the United States. The shares were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 8, 2021.
