Algonquin Power & Utilities’ Registered Fixed-to-Floating Subordinated Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $350 million registered fixed-to-floating subordinated notes offering of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. Through its subsidiaries, Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. owns and operates a portfolio of regulated and non-regulated generation, distribution and transmission utility assets in Canada and the United States. The transaction closed on May 23, 2019.
