Allegheny Technologies’ Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities and Citigroup, in connection with the $350 million registered senior notes offering of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, a global manufacturer of technically advanced specialty materials and complex components. The transaction closed on November 22, 2019.
