Allergan’s $1.5 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $1.5 billion revolving credit facility made available to Allergan Capital S.à r.l., to be used for general corporate purposes. Allergan Capital S.à r.l. is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Allergan plc, a global specialty pharmaceutical company. The transaction closed on June 14, 2017.
