Alliance Laundry’s Senior Secured Credit Facilities

Cravath represented BDT Capital Partners in connection with the arrangement of $730 million of senior secured credit facilities to finance its acquisition, through its investment funds, of a majority interest in Alliance Laundry Systems. Alliance Laundry Systems is the leading global designer and manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment. The transaction closed on August 31, 2015.
