Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch, in connection with the US$200 million registered senior notes offering of American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc., a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry. The transaction closed on November 3, 2011.
The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns, senior attorney Daniel A. O’Shea and associate Jane K. Manning.
