Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, in connection with the US$1.1 billion registered senior debt offering of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a leading pharmaceutical services company providing drug distribution and related healthcare services in the United States and Canada. The transaction closed on May 22, 2014.
