AmerisourceBergen Corporation’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, MUFG and US Bancorp, in connection with the $500 million registered senior notes offering of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, one of the largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies. The transaction closed on May 19, 2020.
