AmerisourceBergen’s $1 Billion Registered Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$1 billion registered senior debt offering of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, one of the largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies. The proceeds of the offering were used to finance the acquisition of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. by AmerisourceBergen. The transaction closed on February 20, 2015.
