AmerisourceBergen’s Senior Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the US$500 million registered senior debt offering of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a leading pharmaceutical services company providing drug distribution and related healthcare services in the United States and Canada. The transaction closed on November 14, 2011.
