Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $400 million registered green bond offering of Analog Devices, Inc., a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of a broad portfolio of solutions that leverage high‑performance analog, mixed‑signal and digital signal processing technology. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance eligible projects that promote environmental sustainability. The transaction closed on April 8, 2020.
