Andrew Davis Speaks at the D.C. Bar’s 2024 Tax Conference

On January 10, 2024, Cravath partner Andrew T. Davis participated in the D.C. Bar’s 2024 Tax Conference, which was held from January 10‑11 in Washington, D.C. The event convened tax professionals and government officials to discuss a broad spectrum of tax law topics, including individual, corporate, partnership, international and energy taxation, for an in‑depth understanding of the evolving tax landscape. Andrew spoke on a panel entitled “Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax,” which examined the notices that the Treasury Department and IRS issued to provide interim guidance related to the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax.
