On September 25, 2009, Cravath partner Andrew W. Needham spoke at the 2009 Joint Fall CLE Meeting of the ABA Section of Taxation and the Trust and Estate Division of the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law in Chicago, Illinois. As part of a session on investment management, Andy moderated a panel discussion entitled “Tax Issues with Respect to Redemptions and Transfers of Partnership Interests.”
