Andy Needham Speaks at Tax Conference

On January 26, 2011, Cravath partner Andrew W. Needham spoke at “Taxation of Financial Products and Transactions,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Andy participated in a panel discussion entitled “Tax Policy Lessons from the Crash,” which discussed tax policy in the current market and the embedded-debt approach.
