Andy Pitts Speaks at PLI Conference

On September 5, 2008, Cravath partner Andrew J. Pitts spoke at “Understanding the Securities Laws 2008,” a two-day conference and live webcast in New York City presented by the Practising Law Institute. As part of a panel entitled “Reporting Under the Exchange Act,” Andy discussed Forms 8‑K, 10‑Q and 10‑K, other general reporting requirements, duty to disclose and Regulation FD.
