Andy Pitts Speaks at PLI’s “Understanding the Securities Laws Summer 2015” Conference

On July 23, 2015, Cravath partner Andrew J. Pitts spoke at “Understanding the Securities Laws Summer 2015,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Andy spoke on a panel entitled “Reporting Under the Exchange Act,” which explained the reporting requirements under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act, including triggers for reporting obligations; SEC forms 8‑K, 10‑Q and 10‑K; the SEC’s disclosure simplification initiative; and other current topics related to public‑company disclosure.
