Andy Pitts Speaks on Reporting Under the Exchange Act

On July 28, 2011, Cravath partner Andrew J. Pitts spoke at “Understanding the Securities Laws 2011,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Andy spoke on a panel entitled “Reporting Under the Exchange Act,” which discussed Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K and other reporting requirements.
