Anvil’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $35 million revolving credit facility made available to Anvil International, LLC, to be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on October 31, 2017.
