Apollo Global Management’s Registered Debt Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$607 million registered offering of Class A shares of Apollo Global Management, LLC., a leading global alternative asset manager. The shares were sold by existing Apollo shareholders and listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on May 15, 2013.
The Cravath team included partner Andrew J. Pitts on corporate matters and partner Michael L. Schler on tax matters.
