Arconic Corporation’s High-Yield Secured First-Lien Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities and Citigroup, in connection with the $700 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield secured first-lien notes offering of Arconic Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer focused on rolled products, extrusions and architectural products and systems. The transaction closed on May 13, 2020.
