Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $300 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured second-lien notes offering of Arconic Corporation, an aluminum manufacturer focused on rolled products, extrusions and architectural products and systems. The transaction closed on March 3, 2021.
