Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On September 22, 2011, United Technologies Corporation announced it has reached agreement to acquire Goodrich Corporation, a global supplier of systems and services to the aerospace and defense industry, in a transaction valued at $18.4 billion. Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase, BofA Merrill Lynch and HBSC Bank USA, N.A., lead arrangers of $15 billion in committed financing to United Technologies.
